Truck mounted hot water extraction (commonly referred to as steam cleaning) is Renaissance Carpet Care's cleaning method of choice for carpet cleaning in Seattle. Steam cleaning is, by far, the most thorough and powerful process available in the carpet cleaning industry today.
We begin each job by applying the finest quality "pre-spray" solution to the entire area of carpet to be cleaned (pre spray helps to break up soil and other spotty deposits). Next, we clean and extract the carpet with a hot (180degree) water solution. Our extract solution contains a small amount of rinsing agent to bring your carpet back to its natural PH. This process cleans and revives your carpet while leaving zero residue.

After a professional spotting, extraction and cleaning of your carpets, we recommend a protective spray coating of Dupont Teflon on high traffic areas such as a family room, hallways and stairs. Of course, carpet protection is optional and is applied for an additional fee.
Pre-Inspection - Before starting the cleaning process, we thoroughly
inspect your carpet, paying close attention to areas of special concern.
Traffic Area Pre-Inspection - We use
specially formulated preconditioning agents that
work like laundry presoaks. We apply this agent
to traffic areas to lubricate and break down
soil and oils that attract dirt. Spot Removal - We apply
special cleaning solutions to remove stubborn
spots to assist in pulling up tough stains
during the regular cleaning process.. Heavy Duty Hot Water
Extraction (Steam Cleaning) - Our special
truck mounted cleaning equipment assures maximum
soil removal and minimal drying time. Post Inspection & Spot
Treatment - We thoroughly inspect your
carpet before we leave to ensure your
satisfaction. We retreat any remaining tough
spots.
